Great price. Booked within 30 mins of arriving and all went well. Easy to find. Quick check in. Reception area. No faff. Everything explained (check out etc) Near everything in Brighton. Had a free upgrade to a double. Nice decor throughout. Room very clean. Comfortable. Huge (working) TV. Tea & coffee making facilities. A window (they do have sea view rooms) Shower and everything worked. Slept well. Easy check out. Would stay again. Thank you

Sea view from my window. Hotel is Located almost on the sea front. Friendly helpful landlord. When my scooter was parked opposite on a single yellow line, the landlord asked an approaching traffic warden to wait 5 minutes, then warned me to run down and move it. Then the landlord helped me lift my scooter up a step and in front of a car parked on the hotel drive. Next morning he helped me lift it back.

The reception was so helpful. The room I had was a hot - we were in the middle of a heatwave. But I was provided with a fan and moved to a cooler room the next day. The linen and towels are clean and the bed was comfortable.The room has basic furniture and facilities but is neat and tidy.The bsthroom us small.However in comparison to other hotels nearby,this is really good value for money.

Everything was fabulous 😍 fast check-in also the staff was very helpful 🙏 I booked a room twice because of some technical issues I thought I lost my money because it's non refundable, but when I asked to cancel the second booking they refunded me the amount in 10 minutes 👌🙏 So thanks for that.
